Ultimately the prevention of conflict is the most effective way of maintaining strong relationships in the workplace.

When any conflict or any signs of discord first occurs, a speedy resolution should be sought. Facilitation and collaboration can transform relationships. It can build more effective,  productive and harmonious teams and workplaces.
